Construction Management:

Director Rocco Di Raco
Rocco Di Raco has a vast level of experience in the building industry. Having worked in the industry as a fully qualified building surveyor for in excess of 40 years, running his own successful Building Surveying Business (Westside Building Surveyors) which approves 1500 projects a year. He brings with him unsurpassed knowledge of the building industry including all regulations and current laws. He has strong communication and networking in the residential and commercial construction industries and ensures the quality of homes delivered to the market. 

Director Charles Camilleri
Charlie Camilleri has technical and administration experience in the building industry. With a strong background in Occupational Health and Safety and a customer service background, he has worked in the building industry for in-excess of 20 years with some of Melbourne’s largest home builders. He brings knowledge of the building industry, administration, management, customer and financial skills. With the new management team looking after the office, marketing, finance and systems Charles will be implementing our quality assurance programme and will also carry out the hand over inspections to the clients and oversee any ongoing required maintenance.

General Manager - Peter Lawler
Peter Lawler comes with over 30 years’ experience in the building industry. Having run his own building companies for 25 odd years and holding senior positions from Marketing Manager to General Manager at with some of Melbourne’s largest home builders where he facilitated a growth from 30 homes per year to 300. He brings technical and proven systems experience within the building industry. 

Operations Manager - Shaun Howden
Shaun Howden comes with over 10 years’ experience in the building industry. He brings with him a strong estimating, administration and customer service based. Shaun has implemented strategic estimating, administration and accounting modules to enable the business to achieve and surpass their goals. 

Sales Management:

Director Sales & Marketing - Ash Sharma 
Ash Sharma has more than 10 years’ experience in managing sales and marketing divisions of many renowned new home builders. He specializes in managing sales teams, creating sales systems and generating new marketing ideas to maximize sales. Ash's professional qualification in "Building & Construction" and "Masters degree in Accounting" is an advantage to his role that makes him highly proficient to operate the business with focus on sales management

Director Business Development & Operations - Patrick Correya 
Patrick comes with over 20 years’ experience having worked in various Corporate roles and with builders over the last 7 years. Patrick is a professional when it comes to business development and building relationships with various stakeholders. He brings to the table vast experience in IT, Accounting, Finance and Operations.
